Weakened ‘Tisoy” makes 4th lndfall in Oriental Mindoro

TYPHOON 'Tisoy' weakened further as it made its fourth landfall in Baco, Oriental Mindoro on Tuesday afternoon, the weather-state bureau said.

In its 2 p.m bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) spotted the eye of 'Tisoy' at the vicinity of Baco at 12:30 p.m.
