Typhoon “Tisoy” scuttled the windsurfing competition of the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, forcing officials to postpone the event to December 5 or to a date when the inclement weather would not affect the competition.
“It will be moved to a date when weather will be clear of the typhoon,” said SEA Games Subic Cluster Chairman Ramon Agregado on Sunday.
