MANILA Mayor Francisco 'Isko' Domagoso on Monday suspended classes from pre-school to Senior High School in both private and public schools in Manila because of the possible downpour from typhoon “Tisoy.”
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration placed Metro Manila under Signal Number 2. It warned that the metropolis will have 'frequent to continuous heavy to intense rains.’
