Baguio’s ‘iBagiw Festival’ establishes city as Asian Arts Hub

Massive murals and a colorful assortment of artworks amazed hundreds of people who trekked to the iconic Heritage Hill in Baguio City — the center of the 2019 iBagiw Festival.

The festival is part of Baguio’s second anniversary since its recognition as a member of the Unesco Creative Cities Network.
