‘Kamurri’ enters PH, now called ‘Tisoy’ -- Pagasa

TYPHOON 'Kammuri' entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday afternoon and was now called 'Tisoy', the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said

'Tisoy', which is the 20th Philippine tropical cyclone for 2019, is expected to make landfall in Virac, Catanduanes on Tuesday.
