THE Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) is open to the investigation into allegations of corruption in the agency, its General Manager Royina Marzan-Garma said on Friday.
"The PCSO management welcomes the initiative of PACC to investigate the alleged involvement of PCSO officials on corruption issues," Garma said in a statement.
