POLICE seized 371 kilos of crystal meth or shabu from a Chinese in Makati City on Tuesday night.
Members of the Philippine National Police’s (PNP) Drug Enforcement Group arrested Liu Chao in an apartment in Barangay San Antonio at 11:45 p.m. and confiscated the illegal drugs placed in tea bags and dog food packaging. The drug haul was valued at P2.5 billion.
