SUPPORTED by easing inflation, retail space in Metro Manila is seen to grow by 359,700 square meters (sqm) annually from 2019 to 2021, a real estate consultancy firm said.
Colliers International Philippines Research Manager Joey Roi Bondoc, in a November report, said food and beverage (38 percent) would account for the bulk of the retail space in the next two years.
