President Rodrigo Duterte has fired Vice President Maria Leonor Robredo as co-chairman of the Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD), Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo told The Manila Times on Sunday.

According to Panelo, President Duterte’s main reason for sacking Robredo barely three weeks after accepting her post as the country’s anti-drug czar was her lack of programs and vision for the agency.
