The military has appealed the release of 31 activists who were arrested in a recent joint operation in Bacolod City.
Cpt. Cenon Pancito 3rd, spokesman of the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict in the Western Visayas region, said the motion of reconsideration was filed through the Philippine National Police’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Group at the Prosecutor’s Office in Bacolod City last week.
