SIGNAL No. 1 remains up in parts of Northern Luzon as tropical storm "Ramon" reaches the Philippine Sea, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Saturday.
As of 4 a.m., Pagasa said the eye of Ramon was at 440 kilometers east of Casiguran, Aurora.
