SIGNAL No. 2 is up in Catanduanes as tropical storm 'Ramon' slowed down slightly on Thursday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.Signal No. 1 was raised in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, and Sorsogon Eastern Samar and Northern Samar.In its 5 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa located the center of 'Ramon' at 355 kilometers east of Legazpi City, Albay or 300 kilometers Eleast of Virac, Catanduanes.It is moving west-northwest at 10 kms per hour (kph) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph.Signal No. 1 may also be raised over Pollilo Islands, Northern Aurora, and Eastern Isabela in the next bulletin.Pagasa said 'Ramon' would bring light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains over the Bicol region and the eastern portions of Isabela and Cagayan.Pagasa warned residents in these areas, against flooding and rain-induced landslides.
