'Quiel' leaves PH - Pagasa

TYPHOON 'Quiel' (international name: Nakri) left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) early Saturday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In its 10 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau spotted the eye of 'Quiel' at 145 kilometers north of Pagasa Island, Palawan, outside of PAR.
