Palawan hybrid power project goes online

PUERTO PRINCESA, Palawan: Sabang Renewable Energy Corp. (SREC) has switched on its hybrid minigrid system here.

Located in Barangay Cabayugan, the hybrid project combines solar panels, batteries, an d diesel engines—and an electricity distribution system.
