THE North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Corp. announced on Monday the temporary closure of two lanes of a portion of the NLEx this week. Advisory said the leftmost lane in both the northbound and southbound directions would be closed during certain hours. Closure will start at 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. today, November 5; and from 10 p.m., from November 5 to 4 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6. NLEX Corp. said the temporary discomfort is due to the construction of the new Bocaue Interchange Bridge. Meanwhile, over at the South Luzon Expressway, traffic is expected to improve before Christmas as private operator Skyway O&M Corp. is targeting opening the third lane for motorists on November 30.
