The beauty queen’s everyday tips on how to save Mother Earth was what charmed the judges. She gave very doable and practical tips to help save the environment, beginning with, “I always carry my utensils anywhere I go. Instead of using plastic I use bamboo, or sometimes the metal straw if I forget the bamboo. I also bring my own tumbler if I buy coffee, water, or anything that I’m drinking really. I also take shorter showers to save water and I remove my makeup with coconut oil and wipes that are biodegradable instead of harsh chemicals so that’s really good for me and the environment.”
