Mayor Jaime Fresnedi scores a fish during the launching of Floating Kubo and the 10th JRF Fishing Competition on October 19 at Bayanan Baywalk, Muntinlupa City. The activities aim to promote the area as an eco-tourism hub and strengthen the fishing community in the city.
