Peralta vows to unclog court dockets

Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta on Monday pledged to work to unclog court dockets.

After attending his first flag ceremony chief magistrate, Peralta laid out a 10-point program that he said would guide the judiciary to reach greater heights.
