THE Philippine team is up for a big challenge when it faces the dangerous Japanese squad in the first round of the Davis Cup Asia-Oceania Group I slated from March 5 to 7 at the Namihaya Dome in Osaka.
The team led by three-time Southeast Asian Games champion Cecil Mamiit and Treat Conrad Huey, is already in Osaka for acclimatization purposes.
