Mayor Reynaldo Constantino led local officials to a 26-kilometer ascending and craggy road trip toward Dalamuan village purposely to meet with the group of Pastor Elisar Villaganes, an Evangelical Church preacher and organizer of the “Alpha Omega” armed group that is purportedly composed of some 200 fully armed followers.
