TENS of thousands of students from public schools will experience a much modern planetarium of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration after the 26-year-old building undergoes rehabilitation next year.

Dr. Prisco Nilo, Pagasa deputy director for operations and services, said the P2-million budget that will come from the Department of Science and Technology will also be used to acquire modern equipment in projecting images of celestial bodies.
