MORE than 2,000 troops from the Philippines, the United States and Japan will participate in the third annual Kamandag exercises that will start on Wednesday.
Cpt. Felix Serapio, Philippine Marine spokesman, on Tuesday said 1,400 servicemen from the US, 600 from the Philippines and 100 from Japan would join the exercises.
