Former RPA leader shot dead

BACOLOD CITY: A former commander of the communist faction Revolutionary Proletarian Army-Alex Boncayao Brigade (RPA-ABB) was shot dead in Negros Occidental on Friday, police said.

Jicky “Ka Maitan” Casipe, 44, of Barangay Dos Hermanas in Talisay City was killed at Barangay E. Lizares by up to five assailants aboard two motorcycles.
