Bacolod City brought back the crown in Western Visayas after it bested 37 shortlisted cities as the most livable urban center across the country after bagging the Philippine Model City 2019 award on Wednesday.
Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia and his staff received the Top Model City award from The Manila Times President and Chief Executive Officer Dante ‘Klink’ Ang 2nd and Chief Operating Officer Blanca Mercado and TMT partners.
