ADMINISTRATIVE charges will be filed before the Ombudsman against the “drug queen” in Manila, the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) said on Thursday.

DILG Spokesman and Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya said that Guia Gomez Castro was still a barangay captain despite her absence without leave (AWOL) status.
