The Philippine Historical Association (PHA) is calling for the restoration of Philippine History in the K to 12 Program.

In a statement posted on Facebook on September 22, the PHA, whose boards consist of teachers, academics, superintendents and students, stated that the subject was brought down to Grade 5, rather than Grade 7, per Republic Act 10533 or the “Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013.”
