RUSSIA wants improved trade relations and defense cooperation with the Philippines as Moscow also seeks to participate in Manila’s Build, Build, Build infrastructure program.

Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Alexey Gruzdev made the call on Wednesday as he led a group of Russian businessmen in the field of pharmaceutical, transport and aviation, infrastructure, and energy industries in discussing with their Filipino counterparts possible cooperation in such fields.
