The limited number of spaces approved by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) may force locators to explore other areas outside Metro Manila in the next few years.

Leechiu Property Consultants (LPC) said the slow approval of PEZA applications for buildings would affect not just the existing, but also new players in the information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) sector.
