A wholly owned subsidiary of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) approved on Friday the issuance of P200 million worth of shares to partially fund its investment.
In a disclosure, the Securities Clearing Corp. of the Philippines (SCCP) said 2 million shares would be issued from its unissued portion of authorized capital stock for the transaction.
