CABARROGUIS, Quirino: In an effort to boost the coffee industry here, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has partnered with coffee growers and marketers with the reorganization of the Quirino Coffee Industry Council (QCIC).
Gov. Dakila Carlo Cua led the oath-taking of the new QCIC officers at the 48th Araw ng Quirino and Panagdadapun Festival held last week.
