The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) headed by its chairman, National Artist Virgilio Almario and the Office of the Deputy Speaker and Antique Representative Loren Legarda capped the first stop of the 'Buhay na Buhay Lecture Series' with former NCCA chairman Felipe de Leon Jr. on September 5 at the event theater of Pacific Mall, Lucena City.
