Duterte to certify as urgent 'anti- discrimination, not Sogie bill'

MALACAÑANG on Wednesday scrambled to clarify President Rodrigo Duterte's pronouncement that he would certify as urgent the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity or Expression (SOGIE) bill, saying it will be an anti-discrimination measure.
