President appoints Macapagal to PNOC

OLONGAPO CITY: President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Michael Ted “Mike” Macapagal as one of the board of directors of the Philippine National Oil Co. (PNOC).

Macapagal, president of the PDP Laban in Olongapo and a former board member of the Clark Development Corp., replaced retired police officer and now Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong.
