2 Chiong rape-slay convicts back in jail

TWO of the three men convicted of raping and killing sisters Marijoy and Jacqueline Chiong who were released by the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) are back behind bars, Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said on Saturday.
