IT took about five minutes for the House of Representatives’ Committee on Appropriations to approve the Office of the President’s P8.2 billion budget for 2020 on Friday.
Interpellations were skipped with Albay 1st District Rep. Edcel Lagman moving to terminate the deliberations after the opening prayers, maintaining a traditionally swift approval of the Office of the President’s budget.
