Alvin Pasaol hit the game-winning layup as Wilkins Balanga beat Phenom Basilan, 21-20, to rule the first leg of the 2019 Chooks to Go Pilipinas 3x3 Magiting Cup on Sunday at the SM Clark Events Center in Pampanga.
The burly forward Pasaol muscled his way against Franky Johnson for the title-clinching shot with 40.6 seconds to go.
