THE Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression (Sogie) Equality bill, also known as the “Anti-Discrimination Bill” (ADB) is very close to my heart, as I was one of the people who were instrumental in adding “gender identity” to the language of the bill, a phrase necessary for protecting transgender people from discrimination.
