THE National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has filed multiple charges against 21 officials and employees of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) before the Department of Justice (DoJ) for their alleged involvement in the dialysis scam.

The NBI-Anti-Graft Division (AGD) filed three cases for violation of Republic Act (RA) 3019, 10606, and 6713, otherwise known as the “Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act”, “National Health Insurance Act of 2013”, and “Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees” respectively.
