4 Filipinos, Chinese arrested for kidnapping, bribery in Makati

MAKATI City police arrested a Chinese and four Filipinos for kidnapping and bribery early Wednesday morning.

According to a report posted on the Southern Police District's Viber account, the suspects were identified as Zhaochun Chen, Mark Anthony Pareño, John Muega, Reyan Villanueva, and Joe Marie Lavilla.
