Medialdea files another libel complaint vs Tulfo

EXECUTIVE Secretary Salvador Medialdea filed another libel complaint against Special Envoy for Public Diplomacy to China Ramon Tulfo on Tuesday at the Manila Prosecutor’s Office.

The complaint was for two counts of libel and cyberlibel in connection with the publication of two columns in The Manila Times.
