AT least 202 areas in Metro Manila and Central Luzon were flooded due to continuous heavy rain, rendering some roads impassable to light vehicles, the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Saturday.

The NDRRMC, in an advisory by its Executive Director Ricardo Jalad, said of the total, flooding in 22 areas have subsided.
