Ryan ‘Mr. C’ Cayabyab among 2019 Ramon Magsaysay awardees

Multi-awarded composer, conductor and National Artist for Music Raymundo Ryan Cayabyab is set to receive the Ramon Magsaysay Award, widely acknowledged as Asia’s premier prize and highest honor at par with the Nobel Peace Prize.
