Yellow warning up in Metro Manila, 3 other areas amid heavy rain forecast

THE Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued a yellow warning in parts of Luzon due to the expected heavy rainfall on Friday.

In a Twitter post as of 8:26 a.m., Pagasa said the affected areas were Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan and Rizal.
