Customs Commissioner Guerrero, 4 others accused of graft before Ombudsman

CUSTOMS Commissioner Leonardo Rey Guerrero was accused of graft before the Office of the Ombudsman in connection with the alleged illegal designation of four persons.

The four, who were named respondents along with Guerrero, are: Donato San Juan, Teodoro Jumamil, George Avila, and Raniel Ramiro.
