Villar seeks senate probe of rice program

SEN. Cynthia Villar has filed a resolution calling for an inquiry into the implementation of the law lifting the quantitative restrictions on rice importation and creating a program to make the rice sector more competitive through the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF).
