DID President Rodrigo Duterte just unleash a killing machine in Negros Oriental? Following the President’s July 20 visit to the wake of the four policemen who were brutally executed by the New People’s Army’s Mt. Cansermon Command last July 18 in Ayungon town, 16 persons have been liquidated across the province. Six killings were done by the now familiar riding-in-tandem, while 10 persons were shot dead by armed men who forced their way into the homes of their victims.
