AUTHOR Efren R. Abueg’s latest book of short stories, Plakard (Balangay Productions), will be launched at De La Salle University (DLSU) in Manila on August 8.

The launch — to be held from 2:30 to 5 p.m. at the Event Area, Learning Commons, 6F Henry Sy Sr. Hall — will include a reading of Abueg’s stories and DLSU professor John Iremil Teodoro’s interview with him.
