UPDATE: Duterte to visit quake-hit Batanes

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte will visit Batanes this Sunday, Malacanang said, a day after the island was struck by an earthquake that killed at least eight people and injured 60 others.

In a message to reporters, Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo said Duterte would leave for Batanes from Davao within the day.
