Duterte backs creation of department for OFWs

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte wants a department that will address the needs of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).

In his fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday, Duterte said the abuses against OFWs “should be stopped.”
