TROPICAL storm “Falcon” blew out of the country on Thursday after killing two persons in Cagayan Valley.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Falcon gained strength as it left the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
